Oh they are also very responsive on message and calls, which helped us feel really at ease. 10/10 would recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ I fully recommend Canary Diamond and Marie for the wonderful service that they rendered to us. Last year we went to many places to see engagement rings and Marie was the only one that went the extra mile to tailor the ring to my wife's requirements. As the design was quite special, she even did a simple mock up on the spot which impressed both of us. As a result, we went back to Marie for my wife's wedding band this year. Marie again went the extra mile to tailor the wedding band according to my wife's requirements. She even changed the diameter of the ring after my wife requested for it and made it comfort fit for my wife! Really thankful to Marie and Canary Diamond for the excellent services rendered!

Johnny helped to instil this with thoughtful, detailed explanation, from the various mines to the type of cut of the gem stone.
I made my first purchase from Canary ten years ago for my wife's engagement ring, and it was easy for me to return, to commemorate our 10th year anniversary, because of Canary's consistent service and superior grade in their products.

โ โ โ โ โ Located at Delfi Orchard (opposite Forum mall, next to Orchard Tower), the jewelers here are really knowledgeable about their products. Had Marie service us on our hunt for a diamond ring, and she was really patient in everything. From finding something that suits our needs, to explaining the price points, and ultimately providing a price quote. Really nice of them to do what they do.
That said, it definitely felt a little intimidating walking into this shop, without anyone in there. Also it didn't help that their location is at the quieter more expensive-feeling side of Orchard Road. But once you break that initial hurdle, you're fine.

Winnie has been really helpful in guiding him and of course I am the one to benefit the most! We appreciate her expert advice, non hard sell experience and empathy.
