With the Berlitz method and my wonderful teacher Shigeki-san, I was able to quickly progress from an absolute beginner to a learner who can confidently read, write and understand texts in hiragana and katakana and engage in daily conversations for leisure and business. For people who need flexibility with their schedules, I recommend taking the one-on-one classes with a dedicated teacher. The helpful and very efficient admin staff at Berlitz ensured my requests were taken cared of and re-arrangements are organized.
