Bad customer service at reception this morning on 13/02 Understood that due to covid, entering the premises is not permitted, how do we know if we are just a visitor to enquire class courses? Jolly well put up a sign instead of giving visitor a fright as if weโve done something wrong and embarrassed us.
When we ask about the programme and decided to move on to other topics the lady said โ็ธ็ธๅฏไปฅ่ฎฉๆ็ปง็ปญๅ๏ผโ and felt as if weโve interrupted her.
