Place is clean. Staffs were approachable and professional. We were able to book in such short notice. Front desk is nice and will recommend options based on what you want. The best thing I liked about this place is they don't hard sell. First time I had my neck and back cracked. Feels good! All in all will recommend and definitely will come back again and try the hot stone massage! Thanks to Jasmine and Nico!

Visited on a Wednesday morning for the Sports Deep Tissue massage. Lisa was the masseuse and she helped loosen some of the neck and shoulder tightness I have been feeling for weeks. She gave her honest feedback that the tightness was accumulated over the years (true given that I only go for massage once every one-two years) and it would take more frequent sessions to completely ease the tightness, but there was no hard selling of packages or whatsoever. Highly recommend!

I come back yearly to Singapore for visits and I always look for good massage places. I read good feedback about this place and decided to give it a try. Upon arrival, the receptionist greeted me warmly. We had a little chat about what types of massages are available and what suited me at that moment. I decided to choose Oriental Oil. My masseur was Sally and she was good, applying pressure where needed. The only thing that they might need to work on is to get their masseurs to learn some basic English related to the massages as at one point, I tried communicating to her that I'd like less pressure on my neck but she couldn't understand me. Hence, why I took a star off... Other that that, the service was great! Thank you.

I went in for 2 hrs massage, and it felt the time flew so fast. My masseuse was Lisa and she was really good. As I have body piercings, she was considerate not to put too much pressure over the piercing sites but still good enough to make enjoy the experience. The ambience is great too with the music in the room. Definitely will come back again

Made a last minute appointment with them for myself and my husband, totally amazing massage sessions for the both of us! Friendly receptionists on shift! Both Jasmine and Lisa are wonderful masseuses and they explained patiently what was done during the whole session. Thank you all for the wonderful service! Definitely recommending to my friends and whoever is looking for a good massage!!

First massage in YEARS and kindly recommended by a friend. Lovely experience with great hospitality. My masseuse, Kris, made me feel comfortable and was also informing me about the stiffer areas of my body during the massage. My job is pretty physical and this was much needed. Will definitely come back again. Thank you to the staff at Knead Press for the amazing experience!

The receptionist was so accommodating and honestly the kindest staff. She explained every type of massage available and made sure we understood which one we were choosing. She made it a point to give us everything we needed and made sure we were all comfortable. Lisa, the masseuse who did the service on me, was so incredible. I’ve never been this relaxed during a massage before. I usually don’t fall asleep when I get massages but this time I was really in a deep sleep. She focused on all the right places and was able to cover all the bases of my body. My body was so stiff when I went into the room and I came out feeling like I was floating. I felt so light. She was also so polite and kind to me. Definitely the best massage experience I’ve had! Thank you so much and I hope to come back again soon in my next Singapore trip.

Friendly receptionist who will explain the services provided and what benefits of each massage type. After explanation, it's up to you to decided what kind of massage you want. No hard selling. The masseur (Jasmine) is skillful and I feel more relaxed after that. First time here but the experience is good so far.
