Edited after my last experience in November 2021**
Really not what it used to be. Newer stylists don't seem to be as knowledgeable as the one's before. Lack of communication and failure to explain that my requested style was not something they could do. Only gave me this information after cutting my hair and trying to convince me to go with another treatment and style. Ended up with a bad haircut which I had to go elsewhere to fix.
Extremely disappointed.

I came for rebonding over the weekend but she recommended that I do their anti frizz treatment instead which delivered very good results and made my hair healthy and smooth, after I've washed it too. She gave me very detailed hair care instructions and I've followed them to ensure the results would last, including to use the treatment shampoo for a period of time. The results are better than if I did rebonding, as I knew my hair would be further damaged from rebonding as I have experienced in the past. Alexis was very professional and knowledgeable in educating me about my hair and how to care for it to ensure results last for a year. Will definitely be coming back again.

There was no hard selling invovled and i knew that at any time i could say no to the treatment and products recommended. I did however put all my trust in her and left a very happy customer. Definitely recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd been coming here for a few years to do rebonding, and it was good. Rebonded hair stayed straight, no dryness and lasted a long time... so I was happy.
The last visit, I wanted to colour my hair as well. I haven't coloured my hair for a good 2-3 years over covid period so there was only a few inches of partly coloured hair at the ends left. And they rejected me and told me to colour my hair after 6 months. They said that there will be difference in colour from the old part and I'm just totally confused. Do they think that people only colour their hair after all the coloured parts are cut off? Don't they have the skill to deal with colour?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a colour + cut service via fave voucher last month and I really liked how it turned out! Topped up for the ammonia free colour though they were not pushy about it. Everything was great except I found the hair washing bit was a bit rough and the soapy water went into my ears.
