★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't recommend the place if you use a fave voucher. Somehow the therapist used waxing strips which meant that soft instead of hard wax is used. I do not know why. Waxing is not thorough with excuses given. Not impressed with the cleanliness either. The tweezer was just left on the table before use and after use.

They were really understanding of my nervousness and assured me that the process was going to be painless and made me feel really comfortable about it. Its super affordable and would highly recommend! Am also considering going for their other services as well :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first got a trial at best hair removal just to see if I was the right candidate for laser. I had tried IPL in the past and didn’t notice any results. I was reluctant to commit to a package just in case it didn’t work for me, but she didn’t push it at all. After about 2 weeks I couldn’t believe the amount of hair fall. It wasn’t growing back. So I went back for a package for my armpits, Brazilian, and legs. It’s been about 6 sessions so far and I would say my hair is reduced by at least 60-70%. I no longer have to shave in between sessions, it simply isn’t growing. I’m SO impressed with the results. 10/10 recommend.. especially if you’ve tried IPL and it didn’t work for you. This isn’t the same!! Plus the technician is extremely friendly, professional, and makes the whole experience so pleasant. Very happy with my progress so far.

Definitely recommended and also better results than IPLs which i too tried but find it less effective. Many thanks to Alice whom provided excellent service throughout!!!

I have had four sessions so far and my hair regrowth is definitely thinner and lesser. Strongly recommend giving Best Hair Removal a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, the results are brilliant! I signed up for the 2 year unlimited laser hair removal. We started every 6 weeks and the immediate results were great. We then went to every 4 weeks to get the lighter hair. 1 year on I have little to no hair left. The staff are so friendly and so accommodating. Will listen to you, when you have concerns. All qualified and use a strong laser. Recommended to friends too.
