Staff Nicole was rude and threw tantrum infront of me ( she threw all the equipments and was raising her voice and scolded me - I talked to her nicely and politely by the way ) when I told her I wanted Express Pedicure because she heard wrongly - Express Gelish Pedicure. She forced me to proceed with Gelish despite telling her i do not want to.

It’s my first time to try and do my nail at their salon yesterday and it’s a very bad experience for me. So disappointed and not recommended. Thought when u did ur shop at nail salon u will feel better. But I felt so worse and regret coming to their shop. My hand was like murder by one staff there, I did a classic gel polish and she did it for 1hr+ and the outcome was very bad. My hand like got burn coz of putting up so long and many times at the LED nail lamp and 3 fingers got deep cuts which was now painful. It’s a very bad experience. Idk that staff name, but she seems like don’t know how to clean and take the dry skin. I only remember Nicole who did my pedicure she seems well experience fast and smooth. At the end of the day, Nicole is the one who fixed and finished my burn hand.

Very bad, signed a package and went for redemption after months, say the balance cannot be redeem anymore as more than 6months!!! Very obvious cheat money, never ever visit them. Very upset with type of tactics of cheating.

Bad experience yesterday. I usually come here with my friend as we split a package under her name. Was served by KELLY, charged me $5 for nail polish removal even though I previously had the same nails done here.(I was never charged my previous times here) Upon payment, I told her my friend’s number to get the package details. Kelly said that the account was not there. This is strange because always when we come, they check this book with all the customers information. But I think recently they put the numbers in a phone . I told her everytime we come, the person checks the book for customer details. KELLY said that she will look later when she is not busy , which is just LAZY because I was the only one at the shop at the time and there were other staff around. And she said next time I come, she will give me the 20% discount off. But why could she not check right at that time? So I was forced to pay the full amount, and not the discounted amount with the package. This is not the first time I’ve encounted terrible behaviour by the staff. You have just lost a customer because of your dishonesty and laziness. Thanks Kelly for ruining my day

Friendly staff and they do nice nails design and beautiful lash . Highly recommended to all . Pls come and try , you will love it !
