I love my nails

This was my second time heading back to Sakura Nail. I brought my mum along because my first experience was good. I initially requested for Classic Gelish Mani then changed my mind, and wanted a Classic OPI Mani with a buff shine instead. The lady, who was already cutting my nails, started scolding and telling me to not regret my decision etc. At the end of the session, I compared both the nails of my left and right hands, and was very disappointed with outcome. I can see and feel the obvious scratches and lines on my nails and they insisted that it was due to the sudden change of my decision from Gelish mani to classic OPI mani. The buffering step they did for Gelish nails cannot be corrected, which is not true. With another customer's advise, there was another manicurist that helped to buff and polish my nail to make it shiny. This shows that the first lady(She has the longest hair length among the three ladies in the shop) did her job in a slipshod way. The whole experience was spoilt by the shoddy Mani and the manicurist poor attitude. Could not have come at a worse time, when I brought my mum out for a cny glow up.
