β β β β β Service was ok initially however turn to disaster after purchasing and paid for the contact lens, she said that this lens need to pre order and can only be ready 2 to 3 working days which to date still not ready
Spend $7++ for the contact lens, only to be disappointed. The lens was meant for Hari Raya & my daughter graduation. Pass 1 week and is still not ready. Disappointed!!!!

Post-check, she offered her professional advice on how to maintain better eye health as a contact lens user. She was patient, thorough, and helpful throughout my experience at BetterVision. β β β β β I randomly walked into Better Vision even when I knew they existed for so many years in Tampines Mall. Somehow I deflected from another spectacle shop in hopes of finding better service and attitude. Optometrist Zenda was patient and nice to talk with. She seemed sincere in your satisfaction than just for sales. I hope Zenda will be at Tampines branch forever(?). At time of purchase, they had some 50% off promotion on spectacle frames.
