★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some problems with my progressive lens arranged by an optician - cannot read documents.
I returned to lodge a complaint. Mr Ernest Wong was extremely patient and re-took my degrees with due care and diligence. He is very meticulous, patient and experienced in this line. He resolved the errors of the first optician.
I think I will never return to this place if not for him! He is excellent. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad quality. Never had my spectacles’ lenses full of scratches before. Had paid over $200 for this kind of quality. Even the frame is falling apart in the first few weeks. Do note, I never had this kind of problem before, until I bought my spectacles from here, so it is definately not because of my rough use, and I do not do any intense sports, or get into fights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to inquire about and purchase some disposable, coloured, no-prescription contact lenses. Was turned away by an unfriendly staff, for not having any record with them previously, and no appointment made with their optometrist. Her tone could have been better, or explained more when I tried to ask why an appointment is required when I'm just getting no-prescription lenses.
