Tried booking facial on Oct today (Sep), and was told the whole of Oct was full. Tel number at online and previous number I used to call making appt are unavailable. Had to reach out to them personally.... Extremely negative experience for a mediocre facial experience with below average extraction (unskillful extraction where extracted pimples will inflame later on) at a high price ($120+ per session), and now, no available slot to clear facial package which they always hard sell.

Horrible experience with Jane from beyond beauty. Have been placed on the waiting list for our massage for 2 months. On the day of our much awaited massage, Jane called us to reschedule as their masseuse was having a fever. She suggested for us to wait another one month for the next available slot (in Nov, FYI we have been scheduling for an appointment since Sep). Jane then suggested for us to reschedule to the next day, when we already have our own appointments. She was reluctant to place us on priority list to accommodate to our suggestion for the next earliest appointment in the following week. Overall, don’t bother with purchasing vouchers from FAVE for this company. They are not dedicated to do customer recovery and will instead hold a begrudging attitude to ask you to “pls continue to go complain”. I would urge this company, to please stop selling your vouchers on FAVE if you are unable to manage the flow of requests coming in, and especially when the customer service rendered is zero to none. Please, do all your customers a favour and stop.

Have been trying to book a facial appointment for 2 months now. Every time when I call, they mention the entire month is fully booked! Even on weekdays? There’s no way that I’m able to clear the vouches I’ve purchased previously. Avoid at all cost

I went Beyond Beauty on 21 July 2019 I got the 75 min MD pro peel. Location: great location. It's the only plus point in the various aspects. Shop interior: bad. It looks run down and super strong smell of a "tiger balm". Even the rooms are in bad shape and the chairs that the beauty consultant used were torn and the foam showing Facial: the 75 min facial was shortened to 60 min. They short-changed me for that. The sequence was a facial wash, MD peel, shoulder massage, mask, end. They did not do a good job with the shoulder massage because the lady was inexperienced. They wanted to charge me $50 for extraction but I know it's crazy exorbitant fees. Overall, I suggest nobody sign up for their package. There are definitely better options out there. Rating 1 out of 10.

Knowing that I refused to top up my new package, this beauty shop is refusing indirectly to take my booking of my next facial. When phase 2 started , the staffs easily asked for customers to come back and after once twice of aggressively pushing sales, they ignore you from then on. Was using WhatsApp initially and then rudely told me to call landline to book. Phone rang endlessly and no one picks up. So I tried the HQ phone, they said they will call me back. When I finally got through, the staff insincerely said “I will put you on wait list, for sure will get a slot(it’s a Monday)”. She never get back. I totally can tell from her tone she’s lying to me. I still have a good number of times of package left, very frustrating.

Never book any type of package from them. My story is the same as most others who never get a slot and never seem to manage to call in to their line since Oct 2020. Was not informed that Thong Teck will close. I am left with 7 times massages on my package. Always put on waiting list if you ever can call through their line. Showing up at the branch has no use as well, they will still not give you a slot. You only get a slot if you get lucky while on the waiting list like many others. On 2 Feb 21 I went to the tampines branch and was told Mar booking is not available yet. On 20 Feb 21, I manage to speak to customer service over a call, they said Mar bookings have all been taken up. Something sure is going very wrong behind the scene.

I have been trying to call and book an appointment for my massage. However they claimed that appointment is full in NOV and will call me back after attending to customer over at the counter. However, they did not contact me till now. It was Jane who I have spoken to. And after reading other consumers' reviews, I am worried that I am unable to clear my package in due course, as understand that they have closed down many branches. Very bad experience!! I will not sign any package for any service in future. ??

DO NOT sign packages with this company. They've closed 2 of the original 4 outlets. I called in December to book appointment, but was told they were fully booked for December and January. Since then, I've never been successful in contacting them. The remaining 2 outlets never pick up their phones at all. On 29 Jan I specially went to the Tampines branch to make an appointment. Again, I was told February bookings were full. So I said what about March? The staff said March appointment book hasn't arrived and they can only write in the book, no more computer bookings. So again I can't book. I don't even stay near any of their outlets. How can they expect people to keep going personally to their shop to make appointments? They'll keep telling you to leave your contact numbers so you're on a waiting list. Have never been called back before. I think it's all a scam and the company will probably be closing down soon.
