When to sata commhealth tampines on sat (2.4.22) around 1029h for pre departure test(Pcr). After pcr done, counter staff told me that need additional charge of $186. After clarification, the staff told me that because Sunday the clinic close so if my flight is on Monday morning they r not able to send me the results of pcr in time(as mention by the staff pcr results will be out 24-48hrs). But if I pay another 186$ then they can provide the results on Sunday (because the staff will need to stay back and do the testing on sat and there will be another staff send the email on sunday) I told them that I alrdy pay scoot (105$)when I book my flight. But the staff say that the pcr fees will not be transfer to them!? Staff also verbalized that "scoot dun care about timing of your flight they just charge" What is this!? I'm not sure what is the agreement of Scoot between sata commhealth but they should have proper communication I'm not the first person that encounter this issue. The sata commhealth staff told me that today they alrdy encounter this issue few times!!!? And still did not do anything? Staff should have tell me the pcr results won't be out in time when I was outside doing the registration (cause they got ask me what time is my flight). Not wait until I do pcr and going to do payment alrdy then u tell me this. Very angry, disappointed and upset about the issue above. Need to fork out additional $186 and at the same time $105 also being charge by scoot. I also file a complaint to Scoot regarding this issue. $186 and $105 is still affordable but this is also our hard earn money. ??☹️

Went there for a check up and was told to come back again to retest. A month later, no follow up from SATA. Called the clinic to schedule an appt but couldn’t reach them and was told Tamp clinic was closed for a month. I asked to leave a message for the clinic to return my call once they resume business. Many months passed by and i had to call in again to be told by the nurses that they didn’t receive any notification about my request at all… Another thing that I couldn’t understand was that SATA Health Clinic’s general hotline was unable to link me up to Tamp’s Clinic. Was told by the staff they didn’t have any direct number to transfer the call over. So whats the point of having a generic number to call?

initially, i thought that it was going to be tedious and a horrible experience judging based on solely the previous reviews. however, the whole experience at the clinic was amazing !! i was there to take my swab test/ pcr for travel ( just bring your itinerary, passport and travel invoice ) and the whole process was smooth, with the staff being extremely nice ! they were patient with my questions and were able to assist my registration fast :) results will also be sent over email the next working day morning thankfully ?‍??‍??‍? the swab wait was also about 5 mins and the nurse who did the swab was very considerate and made the whole process painless,, she even said β€œsorry” a few times during the swab incase i felt any pain. overall the whole process and experience for me was good ! and safe to say i do trust them for my future pcr bookings !! no additional payment is needed as well :)

My first experience to this clinic for my check up was unpleasant as I felt their service was inefficient and disorganised. Firstly, not sure if this is a common process but after I registered at the counter for my queue number, I thought I would be waiting for my turn to do the check up (the website stated I do not need to make prior appointment for the check up so I assumed I do not need to wait that long?), but when my queue number was called, I had to register again with another nurse to take down my information. So whats the point of the first registration? In addition, the 3 patients that were before me were there to do their PCR/ART tests so they could have proceed with me doing my first station which is X-ray rather than me sitting there waiting? Anyway, I was asked to change to a gown to do the X-ray and when I changed, I realised that the gown was missing a robe to tie it together...how can this not be prepared properly? So after all that was done I had to do a consultation with the doctor. There was clearly no one seeing him and I was still asked to sit and wait for my turn. Consultation with the doctor was unpleasant as he was not very friendly. Overall just not a good experience and I would never visit again.

I've been here 2 times (1st visit was 2 years ago and 2nd one was June 11th '22). Both visits were great! All the staff including nurses and doctor are friendly, approachable and easy to talk to. The waiting time is reasonable enough. Especially on a Saturday, I am done with everything in just one hour. They deserve a 5 star rating despite of the negative reviews here in the past. Highly recommended! ?

The absolute worst customer service i’ve experienced. Was told to come for a PCR at the set location and time but only to be informed that I was required to bring in specific documents [NOT stated in the SMS beforehand]. The nurses were rude, receptionist was inefficient. Waited almost 4 hours and some of them could even talk about non-work related things in-front of visitors and patients. The tone that they used was blatantly rude, saying things like β€œDo people check-in using their IC at the airport?”, when I gave them my IC instead of my passport as they required personal information. Mind you, they didn’t mention the documents required even after telling me to go get them. I’ve always respected frontline workers, especially during this pandemic, but after seeing how inefficient their service was and the amount of inconvenience I’ve faced with this particular clinic, I would like to say that the nurses and staff here are an incompetent bunch. Never coming back, highly recommend that if you’re facing the same issues I am, just keep giving them bad reviews till they start losing customers.

I brough my wife to this clinic to have a medical check for the renewal LTVP. Came early and was first in the line. Instead of attending to us, the nurses went to others. Upon informing the staffs of the reason for the visit, my wife went in, they counter staff just told her to sit and wait without giving her a q number. Reach to a point when she waited for more than 20 minutes and seeing the counter staffs issue q number to other patients, my wife approached the counter and check and that is when they gave her a q number. Dissappointed, with the service standard Disorganised staffs. At least they should have provide information or perhaps they are not equipped with service acknowledge and value. Will not return this place again even if its free!!!

I went there in Feb 2022, for my in-laws LTVP medical. My experience was overall very good. The counter staff, medical staff and doctor were all very courteous and professional. We were given a queue as soon as we reached and followed the queue system throughout. It took 2 and half hours from start to end, and the next day I got the report as promised. The waiting time was indeed long between the tests but we were told upfront that there are many patients and hence we were prepared for it. More importantly, there was place to sit and facilities were comfortable.
