I just learnt how to write a review to do this. I was invited for a complimentary facial at this place for which I agreed. I received a reminder just 30 minutes before the appt to ask when I was coming. I was a bit puzzled since I already received an sms and a call yo confirm this still the call centre lady asked "but what time are you coming!?" To which I calmly replied the earlier agreed time. I arrived at the place: nobody knew who I was or why I was there. I showed them the sms and then they finally asked me to take a seat, fill up the usual forms etc. I was finally escorted to the treatment room where I changed etc then waited a bit till a person came. The person handling did not say hi or anything just started right away. She did the usual cleansing and foam cleaning. She then left for 10 mins. Came back and did extraction then put a rose water smelling mask on my face and was gone for a good 30 mins (for a facial which was supposed to last 1 hr). I asked her what was going on as it was already 45 mins since I arrived and I expected the facial to be over in next 10 mins when she had not even started the main part ! (Very nice and polite tone) the person made a face and said she wasn't informed I needed to leave and then asked whether i could stay for another 10 minutes. She then put the "mask" which was some gel out of a bottle onto parts of my face and banged the door behind. I obviously washed my face and was out of there in 5 minutes. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST FACIAL experience I have had and I have been to a number of places in Singapore. Zero for courtesy Zero for service.

I was at this establishment today for Botox. Instead, I was pestered by the Sales there to add in a Profhilo injection (2 courses which they wanted to charge $2400). After much to-and-fro, I reluctantly agreed to 1 course of Profhilo first which they charged $1000 (after some negotiation). This turned out to be my worst experience at a beauty center. The staff that gave me the injection first tried to dissuade me from getting any anesthetics. She said that the injection will be painless. I insisted that anesthetics must be used. She relented eventually and applied some anesthetics on my face. When she carried out the injection, it was so painful that I could not bear and continued to complain. The staff appeared to be apologetic but did not do anything effective to mitigate the pain. Instead, she continued with the procedure (10 injections) pausing in between when I complained that the pain was unbearable. At the end of the 10 jabs, I could not hold back anymore and burst into tears and sobbed. When the whole ordeal is over, I was then informed that I should not do any facial for the next 3-4 weeks. I think that they are really very unprofessional. First, they deceived me into believing that the injection was painless so I will go for it. The staff even tried to save on anesthetics. Then, they failed to take additional measures to mitigate my pain but instead urged me to continue to complete the procedure. At the end of procedure, they then informed me about the things I cannot do. This is definitely the most awful experience I have with a beauty center. I strongly urge anyone who would like to visit them to give a second thought about your plan.
