★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides the poor management as highlighted by other reviews, masseurs here are also very unmotivated and rude, particularly one name June, who will retort back at customer’s requests. Feedback to manager does not help probably due to shortage of masseurs. I hope the management will step up to improve service level and customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were really rude, made offensive remarks and overstepped professional boundaries. The service was also overpriced. Wouldn't recommend coming here for your massage. I suggest that the masseuse should revise how they approach customers, or seek employment in another industry that does not involve human interaction. Absolutely ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ extremely hard to get a slot, switched from call booking to WhatsApp then to call, WhatsApp booking not confirmed don’t know after how many days when the auto reply said 2-3days. Call even worse, line either busy or no one picks up. Super impatient and will hang up even before customer can finish sentence. Just asks for understanding but what have you done on your part to ease the situation? Long time patron of almost 10 years since the beyond beauty outlet at OC, super disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff really lack on good customer skills. We are supposed to be happy having our facial or massage but yet what we witness is their unhappy face. Said only can entertain WA for appointment. Already 2 days ago and also send a reminder but still no update about my upcoming appointment. I was their long customer since the Park Mall outlet, really really disappointed with how they handle. The Management should seriously look into the matter! Calling their mainline phone is also a challenge...always engaged.

Do not sign or buy any package with this SPA:
1. Totally not professional - Facial and Massage are done "anyhow".
2. Booking Appointment - no one pick up call yet the front desk was playing with Handphone, dun bother at all. You can hardly book appointment thru phone call.
3. Staff is rude and simply "dun care" attitude
Now, I am sure the SPA would close down soon if there is no improvement at all. Why we spent money and get yourself annoyed and angry with this SPA!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer and front desk services. Call to book appointment always said fully book. Some customer get the priority access to certain masseurs whilst others have to put on waiting list.
Unprofessional spa that will only lure you for advance payments but when comes to booking, always find excuse to not let you book.
Have reported to customer association of singapore, and customers please beware of their selling tactics!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some hiccups when booking because I bought the $28 massage deal from Facebook which didn't come with any receipt in email, just a notification upon success payment.
Nonetheless, finally managed to book and redeem. After reading all the negative reviews I was really apprehensive.
Luckily the massage went smoothly. Even had a good chat with the masseuse.
Post massage, the salesperson tried to share some details about a package, i firmly rejected because i have lash extensions all the time which are unsuitable for massages.
Overall was an acceptable experience.
