β β β β β This BFT is AMAZING! The coaches here are truly like the most supportive crew ever. It's almost like a community. Everyone helps and supports each other to be BIGGER BETTER and STRONGER. Also, they use fancy SOAPS and CONDITIONERS from OMNO. I always smell like a goddess after class. Wah. Shiok.

β β β β β Really lovely branch of BFT, the details of the gym are thought out very carefully which makes a difference during workouts. The owners and coaches are all very friendly and helpful; they make the extra effort to ensure that the sessions are conducted in a safe and conducive manner for clients of all skill levels.
This branch has also proactively engaged other business owners in the area for client perks (read, DISCOUNTS) βοΈ???wooot!

β β β β β In BFT Kent ridge, I feel great exercising with the community there and the trainers.
The trainers are always there, giving us the encouragement and ensuring we execute the range of exercises in the right pose and adjust accordingly to our level of stamina and push us at times to get our limits up and better.
The customer service from the administration team is great too with their professional service in explaining details of the joining fee and how the membership works. Thanks for being patient with me when I throw in a number of queries.
Thanks for the welcoming community there too and it truly makes workout with them an awesome hour every time I go. ?????????

It is also very convenient and just a few minutes walk from Kent Ridge MRT! 6am class is my perfect way to start the day β¨???
