Quite a spacious gym. Toilets are clean and don’t smell. They play great music here and it’s relatively easy to book classes for popular timings. Only downside is that it’s quite ulu. Walkable from Bishan or Marymount MRT, but bring an umbrella.

The world-class trainers, five-star, hotel-like toilet and shower facilities, spacious floor area, cool crowd, quiet neighbourhood and a management which has members at the heart of all it does, make it difficult to decide if this place is better described as a hidden treasure or a private paradise. Either way, I’m very happy to have found it.

Around 10mins walk from bishan mrt. Equipment was good, washroom is clean. Workout wise a little challenging for first timers other than that all is good. You can seek help from instructors there.

I am one of the foundation members of the gym and we've been through multiple lockdown since. Jamie and team have always been quick with their communications, they suspended our membership during lockdown so we won't be charged as we are unable to go to the gym. I always get the help needed on my fitness journey, with the trainers giving suggestions of alternate workouts if they see me struggling. I really appreciate the professionalism and community at BFT UT. Last but not least, I think that every gym has their house rules, so please don't blame them for enforcing it, it's like saying that the restaurant refused to serve you after you show up at the door 2 to 3 minutes after their closing time.

I've been attending BFT Upper Thomson since pretty much they opened. The entire team (from Jamie to Kayleigh and all the trainers) have been absolutely encouraging and professional. Each week I'm able to see progression in my fitness abilities and the team has always made sure form and safety come first. Hands down one of my favorite gyms!

Been a member of BFT UT since the beginning. Trainer are well versed and focused a lot on technique / form rather than unnecessary pushing which could lead to an injury. Communication has been super smooth & prompt, not only do they update their Instagram regularly, member are also added to the Telegram group where updates are given. (As for the person the person that was late and denied entry, the owner has mentioned many times in the chat, also it isn't fair to those who are early to class.) Environment wise, this is one of the finest. Super spacious, hotel like toilet / shower facilities. Top class cleanliness at the studio. Membership billing was well communicated since the beginning, its normal for studio to start the billing before they start operation. They also handled the billing well during heighten alert when the gym was closed. Would recommend anyone starting their fitness journey to join BFT UT :)

I am happy I decided to join BFT UT. The fitness studio itself is spacious and well maintained. More importantly the coaches taking you through the workouts are what make this place great. They are encouraging, accomodating and help correct your form or give you alternatives if needed, ensuring you get a good workout every session. As someone who struggles with fitness and gets anxious about exercise, I am glad I signed up with them.

Great place to workout with people. No workout routine is the same every week and keeps your body guessing constantly. Gym is located in an industrial area and the place is looks clean and well-maintained. Nice lounge area at the front of the gym. Trainers are not as good as compared to other branches though, ie not really checking proper form or explaining the exercises in depth. Community is fun and friendly as well. Need to book passes to attend the lessons with ample sessions each day.
