I've been to a few fight gyms and JJFitspace's coach definitely focus on perfecting each skill - accuracy, power and speed. The coach assess my skills and conduct the training sessions accordingly. Most importantly, I'm always learning when I'm at training!

Meeting Jed has been life-changing for me. I have been putting off exercise for the longest time. Jed is very professional and patient and she works with you at your pace especially with past injures. I look forward to every session with her no matter how tired I am that day. She is a professional trainer with a heart! Thank you for challenging me and pushing me just a bit further every time. My husband signed me up for their Muai Thai classes and their trainer, Jed, is very professional & very attentive to her client’s abilities. Their on-site space is very well equipped and spacious. It is also fun because i was put in a group that has the same goal and speed as i do so we always motivate each other. It is a very positive-vibed space and i always look forward to my next class!

I have been training with Jed for a month now & can easily say that I am super happy! Jed really knows the reason why we do certain things & is very clear in explaining. She makes us look forward to working out & is super professional. She ties together our goals along with what we need to work on for a long term result. She's got great energy and makes the session more lively by constantly motivating us & making us feel good. Jed is an excellent coach! I do group kickboxing and HIIT with her, and she sets our training up in a way that's progressive, easy for every participant to follow, and most of all - fun. Of course, if you want more 'serious' style training, I've seen Jed adapt her sessions according to her clients/groups. But everyone will definitely have an awesome workout! I always have the best sleep on training days with Jed, and seen how my endurance and body composition improve in the past two years. P.S. Check out their merch! I did kickboxing classes with Jed and it was always a great session every single time! There are always good vibes everytime I go for her sessions. Jed trains us according to our ability and aim to help us improve in terms of fitness and also kickboxing skills. I really learned alot of skills attending her classes while also improving my fitness! I really recommend JJFITSPACE to anyone who has a fitness goal in mind or interested in the sport. Excellent coach - fun - good vibes - very professional I signed up with JJFitspace a few months ago and I can definitively see some great improvements! The coach Jed is paying close attention to the positions, correcting me so she ensures I have the best posture to avoid injuries. Always in a good mood and motivating, she prepares a new set of exercises for each session so everything is fully personalized to achieve the goals we have set together. During the session she will always take the time to explain why we are doing specific exercises and what are the impacts on my body, making it always super interesting, she has a deep expertise and is very knowledgeable. Sessions at JJFitspace are Fun, engaging, with good vibes! I'm always looking forward to the next one :)
