She contacted me regarding the job i've applied really quickly, and did a short phone interview with me before assessing my suitability for the role. I can tell that she genuinely cares about her candidates & their compatibility with the job through her questions. She is very professional, well spoken, and was very clear in giving me a concise background of the company & information about the role. Being equipped with these information is a great help for candidates myself to do prepare for, and to do well in the interview. Sherlian was so patient and nice: not only did she give me timely reminders about the interview & document submissions: she even went the extra mile to send me some interview tips. I felt really encouraged by her support and effort. She also checked in on me after the interview to see how I was feeling about the role. After securing the job, Sherlian assisted me throughout the submission of my details. It was very quick and simple, and she helped me check my documents meticulously before submission, which was appreciated as I made some mistakes which I hadn't spotted. After raising my concerns about my start work date, she assisted me in negotiating for a later one. Before starting work, Sherlian sent me a set of information on my reporting time, location etc. for my first day. I feel that this is really very helpful for candidates - it's the first time I did not feel lost on my first day of work. She even wished me luck and was really sweet. I have truly never met a recruitment consultant as kind, professional and helpful as Sherlian. She is so on the ball all the time, even responding to me when i messaged her late at night and on weekends. I truly feel that she is a fantastic employee and definitely an asset to BCG group.
