β β β β β I am so impressed with the services of the staff at the Tiong Bahru Outlet. They were very professional. I explained to them that I sprained my shoulder and pulled a muscle. Within less than 30 min, they led me to see Doctor Gerr who is always skillful as always. 5 stars services to all the team in Natrahea Tiong Bahru!

β β β β β Been here for couple of months for chiro adjustment. Friendly and helpful staffs to arrange for my appointment despite my uncertain schedule.
Glad that I took their advise of doing X-ray, as Iβm here for my back pain problem, but through X-ray also find out problem with my neck, and can be treated earlier. Overall happy with their service and treatment.

The staff here are very proactive and welcoming towards their patients.
They are also very open to share their knowledge.

Their recovery package makes no sense at all. 3 times a week which have for just one lower back and if you have other area to cover, is either they tell you to wait or pay extra. Can't even fix my shoulder and arm problem and keep telling me once my back is fixed, all the pain and sore will be got... nonsense. A good chiropractor will not ask to buy any sort of package and will target the area that you are uncomfortable or feeling sore with some advise one how to either strengthen the muscle or posture. Don't be scam by these so call Doc or consultant. Chiropractor are practitioners not doc and their so call consultant are sales rep and damn they are not professional at all.

β β β β β Staffs were all very polite and welcoming. Chiropractors professionally access your situation before recommending what you should do. I had good experiences with both Dr. Britney & Dr. Michael, I had lower back pain and discomfort, after the sessions I felt so much better and can finally get back to gym.

β β β β β Pros: Detailed and feedback on problem is good.
Cons: sometimes staff ask questions down to personal level which can be uncomfortable. Or so many why. Feels a little pushy to commit and sign for a package.
I don't feel relaxed after a treatment like what I'm hoping for.
