Noodles are served fast yet warm-cold and stick together, really hard to mix up with sauce. Also noodles are half-cooked so hard to chew. Obviously they were pre-boiled before order came, quite unreasonable because we all know freshly boiled noodles will stick to cluster. Had a stomachache after eating hard cold biang biang mian.
Understand that opening in CBD area means a must to manage lunch crowd and fasten cooking speed, but they could do a lot better to sustain the reputation but rather than become another one-time hype in town
