Bad experience with this caterer, ordered buffet and the presentation was awful with ripped and stained skirtings, they placed bleach below the buffet table (is this ok?) When ask for refund from management, they came up with a 1001 excuses not to refund, brought up religious beliefs and plenty of excuses not to refund. Moving on, the management has been notified but did nothing to try to fix the issue that we are so disappointed. Will not be ordering from them again

Worst catering experience ever! The caterer was late for 1.5 hours for setup. The person-in-charge was not apologetic and her attitude was really awful. Tried sent letter and email to feedback on the lateness and bad service experience, but the same person-in-charge called and replied email just to scold their customer back. You will be impressed by their 'customer service'! Order with them at your own risk.

Ordered for CNY dinner, for 35pax. Food was not delivered as expected at 6pm. We tried calling but was immediately put to voice mail plus, their inbox was filled, so no chance to leave a message. So by 6.45pm, with 4 generations to feed, we had to go out and buy food. The delivery only came 2.5 hours later, and without apology, made an excuse of stuck in traffic. Funny how that is, when my family came from all around SG (east, west, central). Truly disappointed. Situation could have been handled better, by simply calling us and informing us that the food is on the way. Sorry, you lost our patronage.

Booked a 50 pax standard buffet for 11:00 am recently. They came to set up at 10:40 am. Wooden tables, tablecloths, disposable plates & cups, plastic forks & spoons, black trash bags (double bagged at the beverage dispenser) and burners (to keep the food warm) were provided. The food was delicious, especially the chicken curry and assorted kuih. The portions given were more than enough for 50 pax, with quite a bit of leftovers after the event. Was worried after seeing the last three reviews, but I had a pleasant experience. Only two observations stopped me from giving 5 stars: 1) Ordered Barley as my drink but the beverage dispenser wasn't cleaned and/ or dried properly so there was a soapy smell in the drink and it didn't taste like barley at all. The drink was somewhat diluted as well. 2) Was informed that they'd come back between 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm to clear the utensils and tables but they showed up some time after 8:00 pm instead, without giving any updates or reason regarding the delay.

Ordered food for a house party for 2nd feb, Sunday, to be ready by 1.30pm. At 1.15pm, no one arrived and I had no calls to update me. I tried calling the number but i was only given an office number and no one was picking up. Someone finally picked up at about 1.30pm and told me to call a different number. I did, no one picked up. Someone called back 10 mins later and told me to call ANOTHER NUMBER. i did, it was the delivery people assigned to this job and at this point it was already about 1.45pm. They said there were kitchen technical difficulties and they were just about to leave the kitchen to head elsewhere to set up before coming over. uhm?!?!? I had a ceremony happening at 2pm, and my guests were supposed to be fed before that. Anyway, the caterers turned up at 2.05pm, right as I was about to start the ceremony and interrupted everything. I had to delay the ceremony with starving guests waiting around. It was not pleasant. On top of that, the drink delivered was wrong. I ordered barley but got orange juice. and food was mediocre at best. i emailed in asking for a response and it's been 3 days with no replies. what nonsense is this? I really wouldn't mind if the food was late, but i would have at least expected a phone call to update me on the day.

It is a horrible first experience with Bibik caterer. We ordered 120 pax on 1 Jul 2019 for lunch. Caterer came with fried rice instead of glutinous rice WITHOUT prior notice. The reason given was no time to cook glutinous rice! We placed order 2/3 weeks before. No courtesy to inform us! In their order note, it was stated that customers could only change order at least 3 days in advance but they could change without informing us. As it was a treat for the office, my colleague did not want to create trouble and paid the full cost! I was in fact upset with him for not even asking the caterer for explanation. I called Bibik on the same afternoon and spoke to one Katherine. She claimed she did not know and said she would ensure a Ms Ng would call me back. Till today (3/7/2019), no call was made!!!! Very disappointed with this caterer! The service delivery was terrible!!!!

Recently opened along Guillemard road Bibik catering is a cosy little local cafe, specialising in Singaporean delicacy Kueh cakes and other sweet delights, it’s a good place to have a snack and a local tea or coffee. You can also get a local style breakfast with kaya toast and eggs as well as western breakfasts including pancakes with scrambled eggs and sausage. There are also good local options of beef rendang or chicken curry which was pretty good. It’s nothing fancy, but then it’s not supposed to be. The price is reasonable and the service friendly but still a bit rough around the edges, but atmosphere is casual so don’t expect too much. If you’re looking for a light local bite, check it out.

We were greatly impressed when we first tried out the buffet for my child's birthday party from Bibik Caterers Pte Ltd. All my guests were very pleased with the tasty Perankan food. Special compliments to Ms Joyce Hiew for her great recommendation and excellent service. Thank you so much for making our party an awesome one.
