Ordered my build from Dreamcore about a month ago, very impressed with the quality and efficiency of their services. Order was fulfilled within the guarantee of 14 working days, and I was also given free upgrades on some of the components in the build that were OOS (many thanks to Hafizah and Jonathan for their help on this!) in order to meet this guarantee. Would recommend Dreamcore for first-timers looking to purchase prebuilt PC!

I like their professionalism in guiding me select my build. The communication is clear and they are transparent in laying out the details of the components to be used. All these leave no room for any ambiguity and the system is delivered right on time.

The PC looks great and ran smoothly. Even with so many fans, the PC is very quiet. It exceeded my expectations. The delivery was delayed due to component shortage but I was given a slightly better component as replacement.

My 2nd rig with Dreamcore, It is no surprise Dreamcore still lives up to its standards. Excellent workmanship and quality of service. It took longer to receive the rig this time round, but its largely understandable due to shortage of parts and high volume of orders especially during a holiday sales period. I am personally very happy to see Dreamcore coming this far, and even expanding to a new 10,000 sq. ft showroom. Its a pity I didn't have the chance to by physically there yet to check the place out.

A serious competitor to the current big names in the industry now. Definitely had a good purchase experience with transparent recommendations and no hard selling. The PC runs great most importantly! Could stand to improve in certain areas such as attentiveness of customer service, and reception whenever customers walk in, as well as quicker fulfilment period from purchase to collection for custom builds. In addition, communication could be improved when there’s a change of parts to another brand out of a sudden; had to find that out after collection which was unfortunate. Thank you for the positive experience overall!

Excellent service by Dreamcore. I was attended by Darius and I was very satisfied with the purchase. The process of customising the PC was great, where I was able to select manufacturers for different components of the PC. This was a good experience as Dreamcore was transparent on the exact hardware manufacturer used for the PC. In the event of part shortages, Dreamcore team contacted me on the shortage and proposed an upgrade. They held up to the promise of same hardware manufacturer for my final desktop according to my wishes. The order was delivered with no delays as expected. The final product is well built in terms of quality. Temperatures were good and there were no hardware/software instability or crashes even when pushed to the limits. I wanted to get my first new PC as I was a laptop user for many years. After looking at so many custom PC build companies, I decided to choose Dreamcore as they already have a solid reputation here moreover their prices are one of the most competitive ones with ongoing promotions out there. My online PC purchase was pretty much straightforward and hassle free. The build can be customised online with various options made available depending on user budget and usage needs. I ordered on 3/7 and finally received my PC on 19/7 as there was a component delay/shortage. The Dreamcore team contacted me via email regarding that and still managed to deliver ahead of their promised date of 25/7. I am pleasantly surprised by the build quality of the product and how silent it was when I am gaming with it. Overall it has been a positive experience right from the ordering, delivery and finally usage of the end product. Kudos to the excellent Dreamcore Team!

Bought a PC with Dreamcore during the Cyber Monday sales and it came just in time for the new year! The long wait was due to shortage of certain parts but they were well communicated to me. The PC runs incredibly smoothly and surprisingly silent. Setup was hassle free and I'm enjoying this dream build for the last few days! Highly recommend for their service and how beautiful the PC looks!
