Well, I had a shockingly horrible experience with a printing company before where he simply brushed it off over a tele-conversation that it is NOT HIS PROBLEM because his printer is still under maintenance and he has NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE to complete the printing (despite submitting the artwork 3 days earlier). Henceforth, he is unable to deliver to his promise to print the large format artwork on time for my event. Disappointed truly, upset surely.
Luckily, and thank God, I managed to find Bideas Productions and they were willing and kind to help me rush the printing; completed the printing job within 5 hours. You guys are a life saver and my greatest gratitude to you guys. A very big huge thank you to VC and team for making the impossible possible and providing the best customer service ever! Kudos!
Highly recommended! A million stars!
