Horrible experience! 2 delivery guys were standing inside the restaurant. One of them were kicking a big fuzz. This totally ruined the dining experience for everyone. Delivery guys should station only outside the restaurant and wait patiently for their orders to be ready. To add, the senior female staff seemed always to be in a panicky mode. Adding more stress in the restaurant. Many orders seemed to be messed up. A more organised & calm staff would have been a better choice in a F&B environment. We wondered why we were still paying 10% service charge for?

The food is good. Set lunch menu most 'out of stock'. Disappointed of the set was out. Easy to order, using QR code. Price are ok. Food was prepared as per requested. 1st came the soup, which cld be more warmer. Signature Fish dish was OK, too oily for my taste. I know its deep fried, I've tried deep fried fish fillet with buttered n less oily. Overall, there's wasn't much customer service experience. If u wanna quick & go lunch then its OK. Not a friendly place experience, food were sent to me on the table and off he goes... zoom zoom like a flash... hahaha Even during payment there wasn't a warmth feeling and thankful gesture given to me.

Self service is nice. But for the fastfood stall it does take a long time for them to deliver the food. Big plate with a small table. The chicken is juicy, but the soup of the day is super bland and taste fishy. Garlic mayo is the most favorit among three sauces. This is probably the first and the last time I eat here

First time having a gathering at this Big Fish Small Fish outlet with colleagues. The dining in area wasn't huge but sufficient enough to manage lunch peak hours for Parton's working nearby or within Bugis Junction vicinity. True to its name, many of their menu offerings are fish based with quite a wide variety of fish options for patron to select from. They also have set lunches options which is consider to be value for money. Not forgetting that the portion served (IMO) is considered quite a large serving with the price tagged. They also have different side options to go with the main course and beverages that goes well with their menu offerings.

I ate here many years ago with ex colleague. Recently just came back from iceland where the core and famous food is fish n chip & lamb chop. So had sudden craving for fish n chip again due to that awesome experience in iceland. Came here with wife and one of my ex colleagues again. Located at level 4, only way to come up is via escalator. Lift only until level 3. I loved the amazing variety here and combination of choices. I still remember putting gloves on and dipping the crispy chips into the sauces. My wife ordered kids meal. ?‍♀️ My friend ordered dory meal. Me ordered group meal most expensive I think ??

Pass by this restaurant and realise it’s a local fish and chip restaurant. We ordered a fish and chips classic with dory fish, grouper fish and chip, and kids menu haddock fish and chip which pair with Pink Dolphin drink. Both classic set comes with two side dishes. Think is a nice try and can support local brand also.

Small place with a fast food set up. Serves with good variety of fish meat in the fried fish menu. If you are craving for some deep fried fish and chips, this can be your dining place. The batter is thick and crispy. The codfish platter seems ok. Instead, I love the mash potatoes than the fish. Small stools and tables with Big dining plates. So, not a good combo.

Wanting to try this place for quite a while and today had the time and opportunity to do so. The ordering process is fast and easy and the wait is not too long either. I came around 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Ordered the Haddock and Crisps which comes up to around $20+. The fish is really good, nice and fleshy. Quite filling too as I'm not a big eater. Love the batter, light, fluffy and crispy. Comfort food and goes well with a soda or beer. The downside here are the crisps. The crisps arrived cold. Many of them were soft. My expectations were to have warm crisps just like having warm fries. Even if they are not kept warm, having them crispy and crunchy would be a delight. So the stars goes to the fish but nothing for the crisps. Hopefully my next visit here or other outlets will change my perspective and ratings.
