Think Big Tiny has done a very good job by being able to sustain and ride out during this pandemic. On a personal level, Jeff has portrayed himself as diligent, takes challenges and push his personal best to rake in as much sales as possible. As a team, the periodic updates and coms with us investors, is not only assuring but builds up the trust we have with Big Tiny. Great team - Adrian, Dave and Jeff!

It sounds too good but anyway I went to understand more. Adrian was able to answer most of my questions. So I took the plunge and invest in one unit, and then later another. With current market, not many investments give you the return of 10% annually for next 5 years. Even tourism was hit badly due to covid situation, the business was still able to sustain. They communicated on the short of monthly rental for few months and moved back on again the earliest they could. Am glad that I invested in this venture!

The purpose of this is to commend Adrian from Big Tiny Pte Ltd for the excellent service he provided to me throughout the past 4.5years of investment . In my humble opinion, the level of service Adrian extended to me was beyond my expectations. I felt compelled to write this review as some have discredited the investment scheme as a ‘ponzi’ and unsustainable. I was initially worried in my first $20k investment more than 4 years ago but Adrian answered all my numerous texts and calls to clarify my doubts ever so promptly and with utmost patience. Updates were also detailed, so much so that I was willing to invest another $80k. Then, the pandemic came. I was initially apprehensive that the business model would not hold - as with many other businesses related to tourism. I was wrong. Yes, there was an initial suspension of monthly payouts for a few months. During the period of suspension, Big Tiny kept me informed and there was a lot of transparency. In conclusion, I write to affirm Adrian and Big Tiny Pte Ltd that you’ve been one my most reliable investments and I am thoroughly assured that your company will do well as you’ve made my investment journey with your company a very pleasurable one.

Best personal investment experience! I have always wanted a tiny house for myself but when that is not possible in Singapore, I was glad to found out about the investment opportunities of Big Tiny in 2018. Adrian struck me as a very down-to-earth entrepreneur and the decisions to invest in Big Tiny is as much as my belief in their concept as well as trust in the ability of the owners. Unlike most bankers and insurance agents who texted you everyone when you are investing then dissappear after a year, I have received updates from Adrian and his team on a constant basis, ranging from update emails, new ventures, personal WhatsApp texts ad newssharing. The business did face challenges last year when Covid hit but they provided extensive updates, managed to continue to revive only after a few months and I am extremely impressed by how they have rebounded. If you are looking for alternative investment options to diversity your portfolio, I would definitely recommend Big Tiny, Adrian and his team!

Invested with Big Tiny 3 years ago, Adrian has been very professional from the start and continued to do so throughout. He's very responsive and will from time to time personally update me on how the company is doing. When Covid started, there were proactive communications from the company to address investors concerns & queries. Although monthly payout had to freeze for awhile, it has since resume as promised without me having to follow up. Adrian was a complete stranger when I first met him at Big Tiny's office, but through our interactions, it is of my personal opinion that I find him to be a person of good character. The decision to put in my money was more to invest in him rather than the business itself.

I invested in my first tiny house in October 2019 after researching on the company. I was attracted to the return on investment and also on the concept of rustic and sustainable living in outback Australia. The company has been responsive on all queries and, save for a 7 month moratorium on monthly payments in 2020, have been punctual in sending out the monthly payments on the leaseback agreement. I have seen the company grow from strength and strength and decided to invest in a second tiny house in July 2021. I have also introduced a friend to invest and he has purchased two tiny houses to date. I wish the company all the very best in its future endeavours as it spreads the tiny house movement in Australia and beyond.

The team at Big Tiny are great, especially Jeff! He takes the time to explain and answer any questions we had. Never pushy and even after more than 3 yrs, he still keeps us updated on our investment and the company’s progress. Not a small sum, so anyone considering take the time needed to get all your questions answered.
