★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is terrible. Just installed the laminate flooring but barely 5 months the tiles pops up.
Called many times but till date it was not rectify .
After a month they send their people to investigate and was told
is the workmanship faulty. Was told they will send people to get it replaced .
Is almost closed to 3 weeks after the investigation , nothing was done.
Was told warranty is 2 years.
After sales service is very bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had liaised with Cynthia from the beginning and found her an absolute gem throughout our entire liaison period. She replied promptly, full of knowledge and was always accommodating. She was part of the reason we had decided on Bilrich.
We chose the Kampus LVT series from Swiss and it was installed smoothly in Dec 2018. Cynthia provided constant updates which we greatly appreciated as we were unable to drop by during the installation. We are extremely happy with the end result and would certainly recommend Bilrich to others!

Service from Bilrich is prompt and they have good understanding of our requirements. Flooring quality is good and value for money.
