Choon Keat took up our project halfway as we had many issues from another ID company that we had to stop work with them and ask for a refund. Choon Keat was super helpful and willing to give me advice even though I could not promise that I will be hiring him when I was dealing with the previous ID company. Choon Keat readily took up our project when we finally could confirm the refund from the previous ID company and was on the ball when were in the plans to sign with him (Quotation and Timeline). He was well aware of our situation that we were in a tight timeline to move in but he still took up the challenge. Even before we signed with the company, Choon Keat already pre-empt his team to be ready for our project. The company also tried their best to give us the best pricing they could knowing our situation, and also were willing to change terms in their contract (i.e. payment terms) to make sure we were comfortable because we were already skeptical due to the bad experience from the previous ID company. Choon Keat and the team tried their best to complete the project as soon as they could with quality and they definitely delivered. It was very pleasant dealing with Choon Keat even though there were a few minor hiccups that were solved very quickly. Choon Keat also replied to our messages when he could and answered our queries whenever possible. Choon Keat and his team were very sharp to point out mistakes made by the previous ID company and they even found some parts of the drawings and measurements not feasible, and quickly consulted with us before they proceeded. Workmanship was good and the team was on the ball for installations. Carpenters also readily rectified anything we were unhappy on the spot when we were on site. The team was super pleasant to talk to and we were really satisfied with them. Handover was also very smooth and the chemical wash and general cleaning was done pretty well. The plumbers also installed everything very well and they even came back when they were nearby when we needed them due to a leak. Choon Keat and his team were very professional and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for an ID and company that is reliable, trustable and fuss free. They really delivered.

Engaged them for renovation of my toilets. Smooth process with them. Kelvin is the id. Very good guy. Help us with designing our toilet, without enforcing his style. Guide us through the entire process and giving countless advice. Worker was good as well. Everything was on time. Infact, we caused delay because our shipment of sink have not arrived, thankfully kelvin was understanding and patience with us. Recommended.

SG Interior KJ has been an absolute dream to work with. They were an efficient and reliable team, and gave us the confidence to leave the mammoth renovation task and nitty gritty details in their good hands. Going into our reno journey, we heard from many of our friends that the process could be very stressful. They told us that delays and misunderstandings with IDs/contractors would be common. Our experience with Kelvin and Joel was nothing but smooth sailing. They were on top of their task and gave us professional design advice every step of the way. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, they took less than 8 weeks to complete our 4 room BTO (which is quite unheard of if you ask around). We are overjoyed with the final result. They have transformed our modern luxe dreams into a reality.

We engaged Guangrong from SG Interior KJ. From the start to the end, the one thing which stood out about the whole project was Guangrong's enthusiasm, responsiveness and reliability - we really couldn't have asked for a better ID who made the whole process so stress-free (so important for such a major project!) We are really satisfied with the finished work and highly recommended for reasonable pricing and service :) Design: We went for a simple, minimalist / Scandinavian design. The works we did included plumbing, electricity and air-conditioning, wall hacking for the kitchen, flooring, some works with the toilets, carpentry works being that for the kitchen cabinet and quartz dining island. The selection of materials and colours were sufficient for us to choose from and we are really pleased with the end product of our cosy home. Workmanship: Love the quartz dining island that we customised. It really brings out the communal aspect of the dining room, and at the same time, it is functional for food prep as we do have limited countertop space given the small kitchen area! It is definitely one of the highlights of our place :) The kitchen cabinet also looks lovely and we are pleased with how everything turned out! As with all projects, there are bound to be defects here and there - all of which were rectified when we highlighted them! Service: During the project, Guangrong was very communicative with us throughout the whole journey, sharing with us all aspects of the renovation progress and he also often made site visits to conduct checks and provide updates. He is really on-the-ball! We were really hands-off during the whole process, because his professionalism and attitude provided us with a peace of mind - such that we were able to trust him to manage the project without checking in much :) Really really awesome service. Cost: Guangrong was transparent about all the costs and understanding about our budget limitations. We managed to keep our renovation costs within a very affordable, reasonable price for a 4-room flat :)

We were very satisfied with the outcome and results with our renovation . It is our very 1st renovation for our new house and our ID Evon Tiow made our dream home come true . Surely there were hiccups along the way as we all know the rules and regulation for renovation during Covid situation was unavoidable . But we were thankful and glad that we decided to take SG INTERIOR as our ID .

We are absolutely pleased with the way our ID Kelvin, has handled everything– from the initial layout plans and design, coordinating all the building and plumbing through to soft furnishings and finishing touches. Kelvin was professional, supportive, and understood every part of what we wanted to capture, in great detail. He took great care in ensuring we understood the process of the design to completion with his open communication style. Our meetings and time spent with him were effective and drove us forward. With a great eye for detail, Kelvin is able to visualise spaces and is highly creative. He was also extremely responsive and flexible to our ever-changing demands! He had been very aware of the budget and kept within it and has excellent relationships with his contractors and suppliers giving us access to them. Whenever issues arose, he was always calm and dealt with them promptly and professionally. Kelvin is not only a talented designer but a wonderful person whom we are thankful to have met. What was potentially a very stressful time, had been made pretty much stress-free by working with him and we really don’t know how we could have done this without him.
