★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged them for profhilo treatment. Completed 2 sessions and waited for 4 weeks. Did not see any difference at all. They did not bother to clairfy after sales service as well. Not sure if its authentic product, visit at your own risk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facialist stopped my facial appointment mid way through extraction to attend to someone else who just walked in and asked for an extraction (this person thought her appointment was one day earlier). This was even though I had a prior booking and a package with them, and told them I was in a rush. The facialist told me it would take 10 minutes. In the end she only came back 30 mins later, leaving me waiting in the treatment room the whole time. In fact I had to ask the receptionist after 30 mins and only then she came back. Highly unprofessional…will not be returning and will be asking for a refund. Disappointing.

Plus, Jia Hui is a friendly and attentive therapist. She always spent time to explain of different kind of treatments before we start, enjoy her service and skill of facial massage. Great service and standards!
