With the correct advice and treatment, it does play a part. Happy that I found this clinic and thank you to Dr Sanjay who recommended the right type of treatment for me. Overall, the consultants are friendly and booking of appointment was easy. Treatment room is clean and nice environment. Always looking forward for my treatment and good bye to the melasma soon. Package signed is well spent and highly recommended.

He takes great effort to explain every step of the upcoming procedure in detail and was meticulous in conducting assessment on my skin. He was also warm and approachable throughout the session. Definitely recommended!

Female doctor performing Pico laser is assuring and sensitive to the comfort level of patients, explaining what’s coming up, counting down and even offer to reduce laser intensity when it gets uncomfortable. I like the doctors in this outlet but I went through additional processes and only started my scheduled appointment 90 minutes after arrival. Heard the lady beside commenting she waited for almost an hour for the 20-30min numbing process too. Could be outliers on a long weekend/ Saturday afternoon, but suggestion is not to schedule your next appointment too closely.

Always making me feel at home and trying their best to make the session feel painless. The best Doctors I have met, thank you so much Dr Sanjay and Dr Charlene. Very skillful and professional. They have quite a number of outlets so it is convenient for me. The procedures by them is quite affordable and the price is reasonable after comparing among several clinics hence I decided to approach them for the services. Definitely will introduce my friends and family over.

The doctor gave me professional advice (including reasonable cost) to all my skin issues and questions and I felt like I could entrust them for my long-term pigmentation and acne issues. For treatment, I did the carbon and pico laser, which have been very smooth and painless so far after 3 tries. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's long for a one-stop clinic for their skin issues.
