β β β β β The whole process is very seamless, starting from consultation, to eyebrow design and the actual embroidery work - takes about an hour, which is much less shorter than I expected! Jocelyn has had very steady hands which my wife and I are very satisfied with the outcome.
Price wise ainβt the cheapest, about $688, but cheaper than βbrohouseβ, and βerabelβ given the quality.
One more thing, they are pure artists and not salesperson so they wonβt attempt to upsell you for add-on packages, which I think should be a model for all beauty salons.
If you do your design before CNY thereβs typically a surcharge.

β β β β β Always loved the service of the beauticians. Had trouble with a bad embroidery previously at another shop (in Bishan) few years back. Found Bio-beauty online after reading multiple reviews and they were the ones to save my brows! Kudos! Been going back to them for touch ups every year ever since.

β β β β β Irene Teo did form me the Feng Shui eyebrows is very nice and natural. My 1st time do at two years ago until today then I go back for the free touch up of my eyebrows. Today I sign again for the next Feng Shui eyebrows and no expiry date. They are very professional. Most of the shop will set of the expired between 6 months or one year. For them is no expiry. Is very good for those who busy people. Thank you Irene Teo! ??

β β β β β Irene's eyebrows are super ugly. The uneven color is not uniform. The eyebrows are high and low. They are completely different from others. The service is super poor. I made an appointment to make up the color. The boss has dyed the hair and let me wait for 2 hours. My current eyebrows are hard to see people.

β β β β β First time at bio beauty and first time going for eyebrow embroidery. Lady Boss knows her stuff and is really patient at getting my eyebrows shaped exactly to complement facial features. I haven't gone back to the touch up because it's quite lasting.. Enjoyed my time there! Good job to the crew!

I was in dyer need of having my eyebrows done!Bio Beauty Aromatic Spa was one of the best rated salon in Singapore that i have ever been! I had done my eyebrows with Irene as she is specialised in Fengshui Eyebrows with more then over 30 years of experience. Overall having a great pleasant experience over there, walking out of the salon with a pleasing mood with my eyebrows.

β β β β β Paid $888 for Feng Shui eyebrow but itβs not done by Irene feel disappointed. Come for redo my eyebrow. Hard to book appointment for Toa Payoh branch.
Lousy Customer service. Change appointment date & location to Toa Payoh Jocelyn who answer the call listen wrongly booked under orchard. After work rush to Toa Payoh late 10 mins and received a unfriendly call from them ask what time arrive. Arrived Toa Payoh branch the shop was closedβ¦.. wasted my time rush all the way there !! Will not recommend this place.. still tell me I can claim the taxi fare when purchase from then the nxt serviceβ¦attitude service
