Pretty Relax - 177 Toa Payoh Central

The salon is extremely pushy and there’s alot of hard selling involved. Would advise u not to visit if u disliked to be hard sell. Very disappointed on the way how they push u to buy a package. Will never visit again after the package ends. Strongly not recommended.

Excellent service. Clean and relax environment. No hard selling , a wonderful place to get a good rest for your body and soul.

Had a wonderful experience at Pretty Relax getting a body massage. Staff are friendly and helpful. Honestly my body felt better immediately after that. A much better value and experience than any other spa I’ve been to in Singapore. I rarely write reviews but their massage was so good that I have to give them 5 stars. Highly recommend!

2 weeks ago, went to do my nails(Gel), both Pedi and Medi for $68. Ended up signing up for a Xmas promo $188 that entitles me for their services such as massages, facials and nails. Was quite happy with the service provided by the staff as they were polite, friendly and approachable. What I liked about them is they are not entirely pushy on their packages but of course will try their best to sell you. My nail service was good - patiently recommended and suggested to my the shape to file my nails, colours that may suit me and etc. However as for my relaxation massage, it was relaxing as how I hoped to be. My masseur was a Vietnamese whom skills were alright but just from the start to the end, she kept talking that I was not able to rest/take a short nap. My muscles didn't quite feel relax after I had left the place.. Guess nails can be done there but not massage.. of course I just patronised once for their massage so that doesn't mean they are not good. Try it for yourself to find out.

Very pleasant atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with the current pandemic. The place is extremely clean area. I personally witnessed that much attention was given in the cleaning process after every client left the room having completed their services. Everytime when I come, I was greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated almost immediately. My wife love this place! She always come here to get her body massage and facial services done they do an awesome job and are very friendly. She is very picky about the strenth of massage givens and she always leave satisfied! I recommend Pretty Relax to my family and friends and we always go back! After a bad experience at another beauty salon my wife is very reluctant about trying new services with any unpopular or not famous brand. Making the move to book the first or scheduling an appointment with them has turned out to be the best decision ever! The customer service is great. Everyone is friendly and talkative but will also respect you if you need some peace and quiet. Very quick but my visit was no short of amazing. If you ever around the area, I personally recommend anyone to try out their body massage services, followed by their facial services. 5 Stars Ratings! Must try!

Very polite and professional. I've signed up multiple packages on my own choosing and never regret. They may advise types of packages but no hardselling like some places.

Very pushy in selling massage packages, making it an uncomfortable massage experience. The masseuse is more interested in selling a massage package then the massage itself. At one point, the masseuse was using the cell phone in one hand, while massaging me half-heartedly with the other, and at the same time trying to sell me a package. Can you imagine why would I ever want to return?
