Swift service and dedicated project team! They did a great job for designing and building my mum's Beauty Salon in Bukit Batok.

When installing wooden decking on my roof garden Bio-Design drilled holes right through the roof sealing protection. We only discovered this years later when our roof started leaking. They said they would come and fix the problem but they just ran away. In fact when calling them on the phone they just made weird and rude noises, and claimed to be urgently sick in hospital. They use cheap labor from Malaysia, who are unaccountable. Any attempt to make contact with them is fruitless. Avoid Bio-Design at all costs. And to add to their subsequent reply/comment that this is a mistake, its not a mistake. If you want to visit or meet me i am very happy to do so....But so far you have all ignored my repeated attempts to meet and discuss the damage.. ........ The guy replies below "Is this a mistake" ... like it was a misunderstanding or mistake. Amazing how someone can deny their involvement... This guy came to visit the house and saw the damage...and yet his reply below is pathetic. why don't you just come round and fix the damage your company did to my house.... This is just typical, take the money and run away from the poor performance and problems that they have created..... If indeed

Payment draggy ever since they moved out of AZ building. 30 days terms can drag till 90 days. Small amount purchased in Aug dragged till Nov then pay. Please be aware if you were to give terms. Visited a carpenter at Kaki Bukit and admin says Bio Design owes them >$10k (will reveal name upon Bio-Design’s request.) Not sure when they will pay up. Please be nice to suppliers and sub cons especially if terms were given based on trust. Bad paymasters will eventually be banned in the market as the market is small.
