We did a scan on my scalp and she was very patient in explaining my condition. There was no hard selling at all. Dora was concern about my budget and she tried ways to help. Overall it was a pleasant experience and looking forward to my next appointment.

Dora was very professional and she patiently explained my scalp condition. I was very satisfied with the results after just 1 treatment. No hard selling involved too. The environment there is cozy and the consultants were all very friendly. I ended up signing a package and I'm excited to improve my scalp condition! Dora is also really nice to give out free hair products (really love the shampoo and hair tonic). Highly recommend Dora!

Totally non-pushy and allow you to understand and decide what is needed. Carmen who did the treatment for me is gentle, kind and thoughtful also.
