★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those who are willing to save or has to stay for long, can chose BIPS apartment. As you can live here as a joint family with other visitors! The location is good, just 2 mins walk to Mustafa Centre, budgeted room rent, average service, MRT station 3 mins walk...all you need are available nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were OK, beds had a plastic lining covering the mattress which made sleeping on them a bit annoying. Overall cleanliness could be improved. The place has a common living area and the kitchen with utensils a microwave and a water heater. In terms of entertainment the whole place is well covered by the WiFi, cable TV is not available but all the TVs are connected to the internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there for a couple of days because of the rent was cheap but have to left after seeing rats & cockroach in my floor.
I will not recommended it to anyone.
