K	Kevan Vautier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, great staff and a good sized room. When I stayed there were restrictions on some of the facilities (max of 2 people in th e swimming pool at a time - for instance), and pre booking the gym.

Moreover, the services here are not as good as they have reviewed, compared to the price of a 4-star hotel, the price is higher, there is no daily room cleaning service...not suitable for staycation.

Their superb service made my stay there comfortable and happy during the taxing time of my house renovation. Loved their renovation package that offered reasonable prices during our stay. As many have mentioned, the free laundry service is amazing. If there is anything to improve may be is the house keeping service, just 1 staff I observed that didn't really do the job properly. Keep it up, everyone at Oakwood

The lobby counter is very eye-catching. And most importantly, a big thanks to Chris for attending to my request for this booking.
Y	Y Cho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Oakwood for over 2 months and below are pros and cons Pro: 1. Great and friendly staff 2. Cosy and comfortable room 3. Complementary laundry 4. Convenient location near Paragon, orchard Con 1. Laundry, although free, takes few days to come back. 2. For public transport users, it is located in poor area of connectivity. At least 5 min walk to nearest bus station and 10 min walk to mrt station 3. Most importantly, no shortening of contract is permitted. The hotel admin do not highlight this but only emphasises that the contract can be cancelled within 15 days before check-in. We tried shortening few days with 1 month advance notice but the admin made no effort to consider entertaining our request. Thus, rather than giving a longer period, it is better to book for shorter and conservative period of stay and later ask for extension.

Studio was comfortable for two, although there’s no dining table (coffee table instead), we enjoyed dining at the balcony! Location was very convenient especially with supermarket just down the road. But traffic can be quite congested in the area during peak hours. Had a great stay here nonetheless!
