New: Thank you BMW ASIA for moving the M brand to performance Motors. However, it would have been ideal if BMW corporation takes over the sale and distribution and address all local distributor sales and support problems in one change. Old - BMW M cars are amazingly engineered and fabulous machines. However, the primary distributorship by Munich Motors means that only 1 dealership has the ability to build a community around this awesome driving machine. BMW M cars community in Singapore has been caged and suppressed by the lack of passion and foresight of the Munich Motors for M brand and spirit of sports motoring. The M club that is offered by Munich Motors occasionally organises lunch events and shopping drive in Malaysia... Do you honestly want to spend 500K plus on an awesome driving machine to go shopping? Rethink Munich Auto

I recently send my car in for servicing and they tried very hard to recommend things like paint work restoration, internal cleaning, polishing and tyre change etc.......

I was talking to my service advisor, and was told the car was sent to car wash and then ready for collection. in a short while, I saw my car is ready at the carpark, but I could not find the service adviser and no one in the Lobby, I am alone. Luckily, I caught hold with one of the office girl walking out from the office. She told me that my service adviser went for lunch. The office girl proceed with my car collection, else I have to wait for 1 hour. I am thankful to that office girl. I am disappointed with the Service adviser that he went for lunch without taking care of the customer, leave the customer alone in the Lobby over the lunch period. At least, must inform other staff to attend to me when car is ready. Service advisor took care of his lunch and leave the customer hungry and waiting......

Extremely terrible service center. Car is stucked in their workshop close to a month now and there is no update on the fixing status.

Done the 1st servicing from the "buy 2 get 1 free" package. After I complained vibration of steering wheel to PML in Aug this year, they only changed right engine mounting. Problem was only solved partially as there was still vibration when coming to a slow stop. Then, BIS helped to solve the problem by changing the transmission mount and mount holder. Also, when I feedback to PML earlier about knocking sound at rear of car while going over hump, they said bump stop was wear and tear item (not covered under warranty). However, BIS acted differently and changed both rear shock absorbers. Now, no more vibration in the car and knocking sound at the rear of the car. The only amiss thing was I felt that the SA was quite pushy on the fuel additive. Anyway, it was a minor item ($26.32) and my car perhaps indeed needed some fuel additive (have not used any so far for this car) since it was already 4.5 years old.

Came in to Bisauto to fill out a claim accident report , i was meet by Gary Poh within minutes. Gary was super friendly and really helpful with all information that was required from me to help my claim run smoothly. Thank you Gary and Bis auto. Even though they are not doing the repair, the paper work was done with ease.

I was recommended by a friend to send my car for repairs/service at BIS Automobiles Pte Ltd. as PML Pte Ltd service is average, always full of cars and turnaround time is pretty slow. I was served by SA Izham, he was very helpful and ensure that my vehicle is in tip-top condition. There’s also a send-back service of your vehicle to your home. So convenient that I don’t need to go all the way to the west end of Singapore by public transport to collect my car. Front desk staff Roxana was also friendly and attentive. She took note of my concerns with the car and ensure that the issue is resolved before handover. Good job by the team at BIS Automobiles!
