โ โ โ โ โ I am so disappointed with Toshiba Air-con. How you could imagine a brand new air-con to break down in mid-night, dripping some more. The worst part is their after sales services, NO response to my email, no bother to contact us.

โ โ โ โ โ Called the naim line at various hours within a day and for almost two weeks, ring but nobody pickup at all. This is the worst aircon service provider I ever experienced. It is extremely frustrating imaging throwing your money into drain.

โ โ โ โ โ Really sucks! Called hotline 65969188 for hours and phone keep on engaged. First called in was 1.33pm and operator said they closed for lunch from 12.30-1.30pm?. Subsequently called, it was engaged all the way.
