★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helmed by a very friendly boss, executive chef who keeps asking whether you had enough and want more? More otoro? More sake? More soda? More soup? We had the honour of sitting infront of the young chinese chef who prepared our food with extreme speed because we were late hahaha. The food is 5 star, the quality and freshness and the finale was the fatty otoro paired with so much wasabi on top and is still soooooooo delicious even after an anti-spicy person like me could enjoy it melting in my mouth and savouring the umami all the way till it ends up in my stomach. I enjoyed the wasabi cream and caviar paste that was supposed to be paired with the sourdough too. The fish was slightly overcooked, the beef was too charred for my tastebud, but everything else was so nice. Only thing to say is OISHI, ICHIBAN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the omakase . Fusion food with decent portion and food quality. Apart from the usual sushi, the cooked/semi cooked food is unique. Paired with unlimited free flow of sake, wine or beer, it is worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most enjoyable and delicious omakase dinner with a super friendly japanese chef! (Sorry didnt get your name!) super affordable with free flow drinks! Love the vibe and friendly staff wil definitely come back again. Be prepared to be flexible wif your reservation timings coz they will be packed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy japanese-fusion restaurant with limited seats so a reservation is pretty much a must! We had the omakase set so it was a 8/9-course meal over the 2h we are there and the food is amazing!
Each dish is high quality and always complimented with unique sauces/dressings together as seems to be prepared by the chef! Especially like the tender beef steak and melt-in-your-mouth fresh sashimi! Ala carte items are also available like pasta and other meat dishes!
Will definitely give it a try next visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally managed to get a reservation for this place! A quaint restaurant located at Orchard Plaza. We managed to get an earlier seating at 6pm and had to leave by 8pm for the next seating so it felt a little bit rushed with all the food incoming. Not a complaint but just something to note so you might want to consider the 8pm slot.
The omakase comes with free flow alcohol, red, white and sake and you can switch it out anytime during the meal. Loveee the pate from the appetisers (additional $3 per pax)
To be honest, none of the dishes quite stood out but nothing bad either! the sauce you pair with the sashimi was sooo good. One dish that i didn’t like that night was some cuttlefish that was a bit too fishy for my taste.
The service and hospitality is great with non-stop topping up of alc and also you get multiple servings of ice cream and other food when they have extras! Will defo come back again.
