★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shoe bought has a ‘sticky glue’ sound and so I sent in for replacement to the HQ office on 10 Jan 2019 but customer service and response is really poor! The manager-in-charge doesn’t even bother to respond to customer at all despite several calls and emails for almost a month now!! Maybe they should replace him or hire someone who is more customer centric and responsive. Hope the management will look into improving customer service.
