โ โ โ โ โ Always a pleasure and a stress relief when speaking to the staff who genuinely understand and care for our storage needs and wants. The friendly and genuine customer staff Denise always tries very well to solve my storage needs and stress. Finally! My stress of getting a storage is gone today! I love my BIG storage space :) So happy she managed to secure this perfect size storage for me TODAY. Ps. Im an existing customer too.

โ โ โ โ โ I came just to make enquiry about the price of other unit which is bigger today at around near to 6pm. I was talking with a Chinese guy that was assisting me with my enquiry when a Chinese lady just shouted across the table and in impolite way told me off without warning that I should not open the empty room. I am unaware of such policy, in my thinking it is ok just to view the room for not even few seconds to see the space .I was even thinking of upgrading my room to a spacier one. I think it's not appropriate for the staff to shout at customer and interfere in the conversation. I felt so dissappinted to be treated like this.
