★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for the 2nd time to service my bike and i could say their Customer Service was excellent. All their staffs are friendly and easy to talk to. Mechanics was knowledgeable and honest. The mechanics will tell you what are the things to change and the things that you do not need to change first. I highly recommended this shop. Definitely will come back again .. Thumbs up to the team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Black Industry about 2 weeks ago for the first time. Both Jovi & Norman are very friendly and would share their knowledge about bikes despite being a newbie. The shop is well organized and spacious with a good range of bikes being put on display - easily accessible, can shop for future bike upgrades too! Highly recommend them for servicing or bike purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although they are a new establishment. The staff there were very welcoming. Not sure if they were hungry for my money but definitely I will go back to them to service my bike again. Fast and easy going bunch of guys. They ensure all my requirement were met. Impressive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and extra mile service from Norman and his partner (sorry didn't take note of his name). The mechanics were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Being a newbie, i went to do an overall check on my bike which i bought second hand. Norman did a test drive and told me exactly what they will need to work on and why. Later on, after the repairs, a very reasonable amount was charged even though they could have squeezed my wallet being a newbie in riding. But they were very honest and professional. WILL DEFINITELY CONTINUE WITH THEM FOR ALL MY FUTURE servicing needs! Kudos to the team
