★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall is a great experience. Finally, get my first bike and hope this goes well. I like the environment where we can sit on one side or take a look around in an aircon environment, especially selling drinks & ice cream, I think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Husqvarna Svartpilen 200 from them. Had a pleasant time Liaising with Thomas, very quick, kind and efficient service. Everyone at the shop is friendly as well and would not hesitate to help you. Would recommend this shop for any motorcycle needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for an oil change and wheel bearing change on my Z1000SX with total bill came in at $300?? After that, my bike started flashing warning lights and the electronics system was totally dysfunctional (no speedometer, ABS light, engine light, traction control light).
Went back to them and they told me its not their fault (shirked responsibility) as they did not touch the system. In the end, after I talked to them for a long time, they told me to come back the next day for Angelo, one of their best mechanics, to take a look at it and he found out that the mechanic that first helped me with the bike swapped two rear tyre bolts which resulted in all the errors. To make matters worse, one of their service staff had a really bad and arrogant attitude and did not even let me use their toilet.
All in all, there are good staff here for sure but they are overshadowed by the few bad sheep. With so many other motorcycle shops out there, JUST AVOID THIS ONE!!

The value added service they provided during the sale, showed me that they are not just trying to get rid of the stock, but to build a customer relationship where I will want to go back to them for all bike services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend intro me the shop back in 16/17 and have been going there ever since. Always friendly and professional. Recently I had a weird encounter with my 2015 r3, the guages and electronics started failing on the road and when I parked the bike doesn't start anymore. Drop them a text and they assist with getting my bike to the shop to check. Surprisingly the bike started working again. Despite these, they still help me did a thorough check on all the possible components and made sure all is well. In the end since I'm there we just went with pil and oil filter change. The fact that they would go to the extent to test everything out without extra charges to ensure it was thorough really goes to show their professionalism and passion in motorcycle. I strongly recommend them and will definitely be my no.1 choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing is too difficult for them. I always use Quality Motorcycle Service for any works needed on my bike as I know I recieved honest feedback and they will only do work that is required at a fair price. I trust them not to take me on! I would highly recommend them!
