Within less than a year it started to pill and wrinkle badly, releasing fibres all over our living room. The cushions started to sag very badly too within a few months and even with lots of fluffing doesn't stay in shape long.

R	Richard Lai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of interesting pieces in a showroom that has ample parking space. Only problem is that the ingress and egress can be a pain. So drive carefully. The showroom is pretty tastefully decorated, quite sizeable and have pretty modern designs for indoor and outdoor furnitures. I like the idea that the salesman keeps a respectful distance from the customer but in my case, he was often no where to be found. I thought service could have been because in the absence of price tags, we have to rely on the sales man knowledge. Yes, this place doesn't believe in using price tags. Even after making clear of our interest, the salesman doesn't engage. No offer for water. No advise. Nothing. Even when you finally decide to purchase, no offer of anything while they sort out the details. Which is a shame because I would have given them 5 stars if the service have been better. But the pieces selection itself was worth 4 stars. So there you go
I	Issac George on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would personally stay away from this shop.. Was promised a new piece and paid higher.. Delivered product with damages.. Promised replacement/exchange by the shop. First they send two outsourced men to try to patch and tap which does not match their commitment. Then after a week send a piece which was exactly the display piece at their showroom.. to top it this piece did not even have latches for the cabinet door.. After I made a call no one bothers to answer or take any action.. Finally they called and offered a discount and paid back a portion... Technically, they were trying to con the customer by sending the display piece which was first offered to us and we rejected it before placing the order.. Good luck to these business practices! During this entire saga, not a single soul bothered to call and apologize until the end even though I made several calls....
