★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its quite rude to call people by their rank and full name. Even thou your data get from SAF, you can just refer to the person using their first name. No need to keep saying their rank and name together. I'm no longer in the army.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sales rep called me about an ITC future opportunities due to COVID survey, as this was a Singapore based research firm I agreed. But, please stay away from this firm. This is the most unprofessional research firm I have come across with absolutely no customer engagement etiquette and ethics. Blackbox is collecting a database for their own use without disclosing proper motives what ever data you're sharing with them is not safe. Just be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional survey company I’ve met in my life so far. The staff are rude and the boss even ruder when you request for clarification. They take a long time to come back to you with sub par answers and no verification. Keep insisting they are definitely right. Very rude emails and calls to people repeatedly at all hours demanding participation in their surveys. They use weird numbers with all kinds of +IDD numbers to call too. People think it’s one of those scam numbers. Gives a bad image to my company. Had such a much better experience with Acorn Research. I regret and I would not recommend using Blackbox to anyone and do remove yourself from their respondent database so that you will not be harassed by them. There are much better research companies with better service and standards out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sent me a number of emails to do a survey which I ignored as I am not authorised by my company to do so. A researcher from Blackbox Research then called me. She was very rude. She addressed me by my full name and insisted that I answer their survey. They have so many surveys everyday and I had completed for them previously because I can do so. But when I cannot, their researcher got the power to scold me? I am not paid to do the surveys for them. I don’t owe them a living. What does Blackbox think it is? I am not going to help Blackbox do any of their surveys anymore. All their emails will go directly to my junk mail!
