My Learning Haven (Mediapolis) - 02-02 Media Cir.

My girl joined My Learning Haven at Mediapolis since she was 3mths+. The babies to teachers ratio was very ideal. Previously, I work just upstairs and could come down to take a peek and deliver ebm to my baby. I would see teachers dancing to baby, reading books, or having some fun sensory training activities! Sometimes, I bumped into a teacher taking a stroll with the babies who are already able to walk!! Yes, the babies get to walk outside too, not just stuck inside the infantcare. Whenever the infancare has sensory training, teachers would take photo and send it to us when they are free to do so. I love all the cute activities like playing with noodles, handprints. My Learning Haven also puts in alot of effort in teaching thematic words through play every few weeks. Parents can contribute teaching materials if it fits in the theme hahaha~ My girl loves going to My Learning Haven. She would always happily turn to teachers and raise her arms up for them to carry her in! She would then give us a blowkiss to say goodbye. It was properly taught by the teachers! She also learnt to sleep through the night the week after we sent her to infantcare. Learnt how to climb up and down properly without us teaching. She can climb down our bed unassisted nearly 1 yr old. She learnt how to swipe her feet too ?. That is not all that I find useful. At the end of the day, teachers would also update us what they did for the day, any milestone progression, any fussiness, any favourite songs acquired, snacks they eat and not eat. If my kid is hurt like one time, another kid bit her little toe, teacher would take photo of the toe and inform us directly through the whatsapp group. If they are introducing new food to your baby, they will also let you know before the day starts! The napping and feeding details are also well recorded in the everyday record sheet for our reference. Other than receiving gifts from teachers on all Singapore Holidays, I was really touched when the teachers sent her a gift after her 5 days at the hospital due to Roseola. We have no idea where it was from since none of the kids had that in the infantcare. My kid is reaching 15mths and is gonna graduate in 18mths. I am reallyyyyyyy in a dilemma whether or not to change to My Learning Haven at Suntec since my officeplace moved. I really appreciate all the teachers effort over at Mediapolis. Hi Ms Jocelyn, wanted to share and thank you and the team for doing your best for our children at MLH so far. We don't express it often but we appreciate each and every one of you in giving your best in these unusual times - also, Matthew was nominated recently in his primary school to be the first class monitor after only just 3 months graduating from MLH. I believe this to be a testament to the value of MLH's efforts and hope it encourages you and the team to keep going!

Zoey started infant care at a very young age. Our relatives and friends were very skeptical about our decisions initially. However, each day when we brought her home she never fail to surprise us with the things she picked up from school. Teachers are also very attentive, keeping us updated of her activities daily. They do not just eat, sleep, poop. There’s even Chinese sessions and art classes cater for the kids. It gave us greater confidence and reassurance on our decision. Special thanks to Ms Grace, Jing Lao Shi, Ms Seri and Ms Gaithri for taking good care and making memories for Zoey during her infant days. Parents of Zoey Ng

Our heart-felt gratitude to the teachers at MLH Infant Care! As first time parents, we were not sure what to expect sending our daughter in as early as four months old. There was much anxiety over whether we could entrust our first born into the hands of a group of teachers we have not met before. Our worries quickly dissipated in the next few weeks when we were provided regular updates on our daughter’s progress and well being. The warm personalities and professionalism of the teachers made teacher-parent communication easy and smooth and helped so much with putting our worries to rest. We have seen how well-loved Samantha is under Ms Grace, Ms Seri, Ms Gaithri and Jing laoshi’s care and we know Samantha is completely at ease with them. The teachers have been attentive and forthcoming with information and updates too. Our daughter’s cheerfulness and progress at school is a testament of the team’s deep care and love for the children. As full time working parents, this tremendous support has been a huge blessing to us. We also appreciate that the surroundings are kept neat, clean and hygienic at the same time, meeting our high expectations especially in covid times. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We are so appreciative of the IFC support in our parenting journey as first time parents!
