β β β β β I replaced my old Blackvue dashcam which I have used at least 10 years (swopping over to the cars that I had changed during the 10 years) with Blackvue's latest model. The DR750-2CH LTE model was great except that I had some small issue with the battery pack, Cellink Neo 8+. I brought up the issue to Wow! Gadget and I must say that their aftersales support is fantastic. Their product manager, Gary is very patient in helping to troubleshoot what's the problem and since the problem is persist, he offered to replace the Cellink Neo 8+ with a new one. That's not the end. When I sent my car to replace the Cellink Neo 8+, their staff, Ah Liang even helped me to change out the supply wire to the Cellink which the installer did not replace when I installed the DR750-2CH LTE. Ah Liang would have just asked me to get the installer to replace the supply wire but he went all out to replace the wire for me instead.

Dropped by during a weekday at lunch time to get my car cam fixed. The BlackVue team was on lunch break at the period, but still very kindly attended to my request to have the cam checked. Wound up being a corrupted memory card issue on my car cam of over 5 years, which the team helped to address without any unnecessary up-selling or charges. Thanks!
P.S. do schedule an appointment in advance if you are dropping by to avoid similar situations!

β β β β β Im a new user of blackview when I bought my car 3years ago. Since 1yr ago, camcorder intermittently tells me "No SD card". But i never knew the reason despite going back to agent. I found the shop at Tradehub #04-02. Staff, Ah Liang have been very helpful in explaining to me the reason. My cam is ok. Just microSD card due for change. He also explain the suitable type of SD card that i should use as well as lifespan of a SD card. Very good experience with sales staff at this place.

β β β β β I have always been a fan of BlackVue products and
recently sought the help of shop βABCβ (letβs call them that) to install my DR750S. All was good until I reached home and couldnβt start my car. Shop βABCβ then troubleshooted the matter and all was good, little did I know that this was only the beginning of my problems.
I contacted BlackVue SG via Facebook messenger who were extremely efficient and quick in their replies. I was provided an address of an authorised dealer namely Xtremez Audio Accessories for me to head down to let them troubleshoot the lingering problems.
The guys at Xtremez were very helpful and shared some knowledge with me and last but not least, they managed to solve all my problems. Kudos to Xtremez and BlackVue for the great experience that I had!

β β β β β Good car cam product. Honest distributor except appointment of dealers are not prefect, example 1969 Sung Beng Auto, attempt charged more for SD card and careless wiring when installing front and back cam.

β β β β β I previously gave a 5 start review. Iβm changing my review to a 1 star.. BlackVue products are really truly unreliable. Having spent more than $800 on this set up, Iβve brought it down to blackvue no less than 4 times within the year. Three weeks ago I brought it down and it was a firmware issue. Today I brought it down, and they said that my SD card was the issue. I bought this SD card based on their recommendations a few mths back!! So now, they are saying that Iβve to buy only black vue SD cards! So basically, only Blackvue cameras can be used with Blackvue SD cards and no other Brands. Iβve been a loyal BV customer for over 7 years! Iβll be buying another brand of cameras going forward. They donβt honor their warranties and the products they sell are truly inferior. Having said all this, the CS lady who helped me was good.. itβs not her fault that the products are not good..

β β β β β Had to bring my camera for servicing today. Was initially a little disheartened that my camera was having issues just after 3-4months of usage. Appreciative of the service staff who attended to me. They were friendly, informative and accommodating. They did a 1-on-1 camera replacement for me and at the same time, they identified that my celllink battery was wrongly connected by the authorised dealer and they rectified the wiring issueβ¦ hope everything goes smoothly from here on.
