★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hacking works above my mum’s unit caused one big stone slab to drop down from the ceiling. Nearly hit my mum who is in the room when the incident happen. Called Mr Teo to ask if his worker got inform him, he say yes n blame on the HDB old structure issue saying metal Rod inside rusty so the slab fall down lor. We had make reports to HDB & town council just in case other parts of the ceiling drop down next time. The company did give a small compensation for my mum who has to take unpaid leave to stay home for the repair works & was given a cny hamper recently too.
