Ordered their preserved flower, even though it was very last minute but the florist is still very patient with all my inquiries. Delivery was made on time & the flower is beautiful. My girlfriend was kinda shock at first but she loves the flower very much, thank you Blanc Artisan to help me with this special surprise. Definitely will order the flower again for other occasions. Strongly recommend to those who want to give surprise to their love ones.

Order placed 3 weeks before Valentine Day but being informed on delivery day that delivery delayed and will reach after 12am on 15-Feb.. Requested refund as this defeated my purpose for bouquet delivery on Valentine's Day.. Ended up something is missing from that special day.. As this is my first time purchase hence will be my last as well since the reliability doesnt meet the expectation..

was looking for something different other than roses for my wedding, and peony season is over. I chanced upon this shop online and I never seen a real tulip in my life before. was super excited and I know this is what I want for my bridal bouquet. thank you so much for your additional flowers and helping us out for last minute requests of boutonniere. also many apologies from the earlier miscom. in the morning when my husband-to-be presented me this bouquet, I immediately fell deeper in love. no words can describe the beauty of it! after the church wedding, the tulips looked like they are super dehydrated because of our hot weather. I kept the bouquet in the water bag as advised by Petch. the type of flowers really make the difference and they are very important. last photo was a day after our wedding and they are still so beautiful. hopefully my husband can give me the same bouquet as a yearly affair. ? once again, thank you so much Petch!
