Although the florist was just about to leave, they very kindly made an exception and allowed me to place my order. The condolence flowers were delivered by 8pm on Tuesday. Really appreciate the efficiency and flexibility of Angel Florist. As my situation happened around the close of business timing, a lot of florist shops rejected my order and said that the earliest delivery is the next day (which by then, the ceremonies have ended). Very understanding and great service!

The right bouquet came in time, phew! It was so beautifully done and the recipient was so happy upon receiving it. Finally, one more thing, they told me to keep the wrong bouquet! Good job Angel Florist!

j	janet pang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. Very different from the picture. Flower looks dehydrated and many petals wilting and petals edges curling up in wilt too. The petals were turning black and the bouquet wilted within 3 days.Big brown spots on leaves and others edge were browning. One of the leave has a big hole on it. Round leaves instead of sleek pointed leaves as of pictures. Arrangement was bad, many of the undersides of leaves were placed viewable on the front instead. It is completely not worth the price. Can get so much better with a cheaper price. Angelflorist is a Singapore prestige award winner,I really hope that the angelflorist team will review the quality control of all your flower bouquets as it seems that I'm not the only one that's unhappy with your flower deliveries so far

Had ordered a flower stand for my friend’s company grand opening, to be frank, the customer service is prompt , answers WhatsApp qns fast. Flower stand is nice. BUT i m disappointed with the delivery. Had added extra $30 for specific timing delivery, 10-11am. No update until I WhatsApp them ard 10:50, I thought it shld had been delivered. It turned out that the driver said he cannot find the place and cannot contact the person. Hmm then he shld contact me, right? If I didn’t ask, then he will just stuck there? Missed the delivery time I specified? Grand opening usually has certain auspicious time requirement, that is why I paid extra for specific time slot delivery! Disappointed with delivery but stand is fine. Pls improve on this.
