β β β β β This company has bad service recovery and is not open to customer feedback. I bought the cookware set and used it about 5 times. The handle became cracked and peeled. When i contacted the company for an exchange, they pointed me to the fine print on their page, which indicates the handle cannot be exposed to heat for an extended period of time. This is right at the bottom in small print. I'd like to know how the folks at Modori fry things in a pan without a handle, and if their products are to be used in a non-intuitive way, surely it has to be highlighted more clearly? They refused to allow me to speak to someone senior and flatly pointed me to their terms. Buy with caution, this company values their bottom line more than their customers.

β β β β β This company distributes bodyluc products. Their advertising is hyped up and misleading. Their addiction air foam pillow was marketed as preventing snoring, but snoring in fact increased. Size of pillow is significantly smaller than advertised. Pillow is pricey and not worth the money.
